Your players will improve skills faster playing 3 on 3 than playing 5 on 5. The smaller team size increases each player’s role, allowing them to work on all areas of their game. Players will see more offensive and defensive opportunities and teamwork is encouraged through basic fundamental play (give and go’s, back door cuts, pick and rolls).
